“Frucosyltransferase” was listed as a National food additive by China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission

QHT has carried forward the development of enzyme engineering and microbe fermentation as always. This statement has proved the safety of FOS that transfer by frucosyltransferase and has reassured the uncertainty of using FOS in infant formula, daily food and supplement.

In 2018, the Probiotic Branch Committee that organized by China Biological Fermentation Product Industry Association was established.
